Tasting Note:

A Sake full of umami. Rich and strong are the characteristics of this undiluted Sake. It has a heavy body accompanied by a nutty flavor, with notes of cream cheese. It has a wonderful a semi dry finish and the umami continues with a tinge of kelp that coats and lingers in your mouth, which leaves an abundance of savouriness. The acidity is high at 2.1 which makes it extremely food friendly.
